Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached. The following conditions must also be met:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days
- The item is in its original condition with no signs of wear or alteration
- The item has all original tags, labels, and accessories included
- The item was not purchased at a final sale price
How to Request a Return
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at support@kalynda.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kalynda.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@kalynda.shop with a photo of the issue and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered to us safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
